For adults and children 7 and older, use a 1-inch strip of paste. For children ages 2-7, use a pea-sized amount of paste. For children under 2 years of age, consult with a doctor or dentist. Instruct your child in good brushing and rinsing habits. For best results, brush teeth twice daily, after each meal, or as directed by your dentist, and floss daily.

Having noticed my receding gums and a constant white film on my tongue, I researched my symptoms and realised I had Candida. I have always tried to use clean/organic products following a bout of breast cancer aged 36. Neem is a bit of a transition from the usual chemically nasty toothpaste you brush your teeth with - when you research the ingredients that go in many mainstream dental and beauty products it's quite alarming. My receding gums have halted, there has even been an improvement, my tongue no longer looks like I have eaten 6 bags of bon bons, my gums are a healthier colour. I like to use the oil after brushing too. I really rate this product and the ethos of the company - hats off neem team.
I love how it leaves my mouth feeling so clean and the cinnamon addition is perfect. I cannot see myself ever wanting to go back to any other brand.
