Suggested use: 1 capsules twice a day as a dietary supplement.

I just greatful for The Neem Team to be so dedicated to Neem. I have found that my skin has improved and looks alive and healthy and i feel that my overall health has become stronger.

Great for food contamination linked stomach upsets

We, and now my extended family, have successfully used these capsules for years, at home and abroad. If we have an upset stomach we have 1 capsule with a cup of warm water. If linked to contaminated food, which does happen, normally runny tummy resolves swiftly. With food poisoning from a strawberry could not make it work as threw up the capsule (so difficulties when sickness and diarrhea). Sometimes I will take before symptoms if concerned.
We find do not help with stomach issues linked to sensitivity to a particular food, just degraded quality or contamination.
We last reviewed 2016, and still happily benefitting.

I think this is a good product and I use them daily. Apart from anything else, I feel they are good for the skin.
