this was part of a £73 order ( less than 1kg weight) for delivery to France that ended up costing me over £100 - £18 delivery & 12euros tax.
You have an agent in France but they only have a small range of dog products - can you increase this range to make it viable for me to continue purchasing your products?
P.S. other U.K. businesses can deliver goods to me (books etc) up to 5kg for approx £7.

I am so sorry that delivering to Europe has become so difficult! Although we send products out net of VAT, the EU adds on the equivalent tax to the order, and unfortunately we find that the added postal bureaucracy is expensive and time consuming. While we work to find a way through this situation, we recommend contacting La Patte Verte in France and Down to Earth in Ireland, who both stock a range of our products.

Orders placed before 2.00pm will be despatched the same working day with Royal Mail. Choose between priority Tracked 24h delivery (£6.00) and standard 48h Tracked delivery (£4.50).

FREE delivery for mainland UK orders over £50.00 (excluding delivery).

Returns Information

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with items you have bought from us, you can return them in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund. All items must be unopened and in their original condition in order to qualify for this refund.
